Founded in 2008 under RentsBuy Sole Co., Ltd. and formally established as LaoValue Property Valuation Sole Co., Ltd. in August 2019, the firm is licensed by the Lao Security Commission and the Bank of the Lao PDR (license renewed November 2022), with its head office in Saysetta District, Vientiane, and branches in Pakse and Luangprabang.

Under Founder and Managing Director Houmphan Saiyalath ("Tony"), LaoValue's 16-member team includes 3 principal valuers licensed by the Lao Security Commission, supported by international advisors from Thailand such as Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai (Thai Real Estate Business School, FIABCI-Thai, ARENA). The firm played a founding role in shaping Laos's valuation industry, and Tony currently serves as Vice President of the Lao Property Valuation Club — recognized as an observer of the ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA).
