About Oregeon

A Malaysian property authority,
built to international standards.

Oregeon was founded on a simple proposition: that property advice in Southeast Asia should match the rigour of London or Singapore — backed by names, registration numbers, and methodology you can defend in court, in front of a board, or in front of an auditor.

Our story

From a single Selangor practice to a regional network.

Oregeon began as a Selangor-based valuation practice and grew through the discipline of one principle: every engagement is led by a registered professional whose name appears on the report.

Today we operate fourteen offices across Malaysia — from Penang to Johor Bahru, Sabah to Sarawak — backed by Group leadership in Selangor. Our remit covers ten sectors and eight service disciplines, from valuation and estate agency to property auction, project management, and corporate-investment advisory.

We are now extending that practice across Southeast Asia. Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand are under evaluation as future territories. The standard does not change at the border.

Vision

To be Southeast Asia's most trusted property authority — the standard against which advice on land, buildings, and investment is measured.

Mission

To deliver property intelligence that holds up to scrutiny — every valuation, every report, every transaction signed by a registered professional accountable for the outcome.

Why Oregeon

Four pillars that define every engagement.

Registered, signed, accountable

Every valuation is signed by a Registered Valuer. Every agency engagement is led by a Registered Estate Agent. Every auction is conducted by a Licensed Auctioneer. The names are on the reports.

Methodology over opinion

Aligned with Malaysian Valuation Standards and the RICS Red Book. Evidence drawn from registered transactions, primary surveys, and on-the-ground rental work — never desk-bound estimates.

Sector depth, not generalism

Plantations, industrial & logistics, healthcare, hospitality, plant & machinery — each sector led by directors with track records on the asset class. Specialism that scales.

Built for cross-border work

Single methodology across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. One Group standard. Reports designed to satisfy lenders, regulators, and auditors in any jurisdiction we serve.

Held to recognised standards

Memberships and accreditations.

Membership obligations are not decorative. They commit our professionals to ongoing development, ethical conduct, and standards enforcement that survive change of personnel and time.
