Corporate & Social Responsibility
Built on more than buildings.
Property work touches communities, livelihoods, and natural systems. We take that seriously — in how we develop our people, how we engage with industry bodies, and how we conduct work that affects land, tenants, and the environment.
Our commitments
Four pillars of CSR.
Professional development
Every senior team member maintains active membership obligations across RICS, RISM, PEPS, MIPFM, MIEA, and other recognised bodies — including continuing professional education hours, peer review, and standards enforcement.
Industry leadership
Our directors hold and have held positions across REHDA Youth, professional valuer associations, and academic advisory boards — contributing to the institutional infrastructure that lifts the standard of property practice across Southeast Asia.
Ethical conduct
We refuse engagements that compromise valuer independence. We disclose conflicts. We sign with our names and accept the regulatory consequences of our work — because the alternative is the kind of advice no one should rely on.
Environment & community
Plantation, land, and development advisory carries responsibility for the long arc of how land is used. We work with clients on land assignments where environmental and community considerations are part of the brief, not an afterthought.
Talent pipeline
The Oregeon Scholarship.
The supply of Registered Valuers, Estate Agents, and Licensed Auctioneers is the most important constraint on quality property advice across Southeast Asia. The Oregeon Scholarship makes the path to registration accessible — and we run the programme as a Group commitment, not a country-by-country afterthought.

On the ground
Country initiatives.
Each country office runs its own CSR programmes alongside the Group-wide pillars — local charity partnerships, community sport, civic appointments. Visit each country site for the full picture.
More countries with each country-site launch — Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand under active evaluation.
